Canvas & Canvas . Delivery Information

We take every measure possible to ensure that your artwork arrives to you in a safe and timely fashion. Please read through the following information to know when to expect the arrival of your art.  

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Depending on the particular design and size you have selected, your artwork will either be an in stock or out of stock order.  

IN STOCK (approximately 3-7 days delivery)  

Please ensure that there will be someone available at the nominated delivery address to sign for your items. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended or call ahead before making a delivery; all deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours.  

Approximate delivery times are:
1 – 3 business days (VIC & NSW)               
3 – 5 business days (SA, ACT & QLD)                        
5 – 7 business days (WA, NT & TAS)  

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.  

NOT IN STOCK (approximately 6-8 weeks delivery)  

If the specific design and size you have selected is currently not in stock, we will begin painting your artwork specially for you upon receiving your order. Once your piece is completed, we will dispatch it to your door from our studio.  

We will contact you via email once your artwork has been completed and when to expect delivery.  

Please note that it is s a 6-8 week delivery timeframe due to the level of work that goes into every Canvas & Canvas artwork.    

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will be commencing early in 2012. Please check back soon.
